Shipping Locations
We ship all orders across India to serviceable PIN codes. For inquiries about shipping to your location, please contact our customer support.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message with your order details and tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, transport strikes, adverse weather, or high demand periods (such as festivals or sales events).
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all domestic orders above a specified value (as updated on our website).
For orders below the free shipping threshold, or certain remote locations, nominal shipping charges may apply and will be displayed at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for eligible PIN codes through our partnership with the COD King app on Shopify.
COD orders may attract a minimal convenience fee as displayed at checkout.
Customers are requested to ensure availability for COD deliveries and to keep the exact payment amount ready.
Packaging & Security
All jewellery pieces are securely packed in tamper-proof, water-resistant packaging to ensure safe delivery.
Each order is thoroughly checked and packed to prevent any damage or loss during transit.
Order Tracking
Track your order using the tracking link and tracking number provided in your confirmation email or SMS/WhatsApp.

Address & Delivery Information
Please enter correct and complete delivery information at checkout. JK Jewellers is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address or contact details.
Failed Deliveries & Returns
In case of failed delivery attempts (due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept COD orders), the product will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Currently, we do not ship outside India.
